John Dwyer – Managing Director

Zeon Business Protection Services was set up by John Dwyer, a retired Assistant Chief Constable of Cheshire Constabulary. John has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of security and dealing with businesses that have been targeted by dishonest individuals. Through his depth of contacts John has access to a network of over 400 retired police offices covering all postcode areas of the UK.

Zena Dwyer – Director of Finance and Administration

Zena is the Company Secretary and is an administration specialist with a background in financial management. Her roles with senior management at her previous employers of Nottingham Constabulary and the Bank of Scotland have given her the breadth of administration experience to ensure that the financial and administration processes of Zeon Business Protection Services are focussed, professional and thorough.

Glynis Monighan – Marketing Manager

Glynis is a marketing professional who has worked for more than 20 years in marketing and has extensive corporate communications expertise gained within the UK and internationally. Prior to joining Zeon Business Protection Services, Glynis has had responsibility for establishing marketing within start up companies and has held senior management roles with large corporate organisations such as Sema Group, IMRS and Hyperion Solutions where, as Director of EMEA Corporate Communications she controlled all European wide marketing communications
